Giv rabatter på kundegruppeniveau – og se præcis hvor de kommer fra

Med den nye funktion i Discount Management kan du nu tildele rabatsatser til hele kundegrupper – ikke kun til enkelte kunder.

Tidligere kunne du:

✅ Give særpriser og rabatter til den enkelte kunde

✅ Give særpriser til kundegrupper (men ikke rabatter)

Nu kan du også:

🔹 Tilføje en rabatsats til varer på kundegruppen

🔹 Behandle flere kunder samlet – og spare tid på manuel opsætning

Med andre ord: Det du før kun kunne gøre lokalt, kan du nu gøre centralt.

Bonus: Se hvor rabatten kommer fra

I kundeoverblikket kan du holde musen over rabatsatsen og få vist, hvor rabatten stammer fra - eksempelvis en særpris på produktet eller en specifik rabatgruppe.

Det giver dig fuld transparens i din prisstyring – og sikrer, at du altid ved, hvorfor kunden får den pris, de gør.

Apply Discounts at the Customer Group Level – and see exactly where discounts come from

With the new feature in Discount Management, you can now assign discount rates to entire customer groups – not just individual customers.

Previously, you could:

✅ Offer special prices and discounts to individual customers

✅ Offer special prices to customer groups (but not discounts)

Now you can also:

🔹 Add a discount rate to items on the customer group

🔹 Manage multiple customers at once – and save time on manual setup

In other words: What you could previously only do locally, you can now do centrally.

Bonus: See where the discount comes from. In the customer overview, you can hover over the discount rate to see where it originates – for example, a special product price or a specific discount group.

This gives you full transparency in your pricing – and ensures you always know exactly why a customer is getting the price they are.
