    Vi er glade for at kunne annoncere en opdatering vedrørende e-conomic tilføjelsen "Projekter" og en ny arbejdsgang, der gerne skulle forbedre jeres oplevelse.

     

    Gammel Arbejdsgang:

    Tidligere skulle du indtaste projektnummeret i fakturaens overskrift, før du bogførte den i Rackbeat. Dette ville automatisk forbinde fakturaen til projektet i e-conomic.

    Ny Arbejdsgang:

    Med opdateringen skal du nu manuelt vælge projektet i "Projekter"-boksen på fakturaen i Rackbeat.

    Følg disse trin:

    1. Gå til fakturaen, du skal bogføre.
    2. Find "Projekter"-boksen.
    3. Vælg det specifikke projekt, du vil forbinde fakturaen til.

    Integration vil automatisk synkronisere det oprettede projekt fra e-conomic til Rackbeat, dette sker én gang i timen.

    We are excited to announce an update regarding the e-conomic add-on "Projects" and a new workflow that will enhance your experience.

     

    Old Workflow:

    Previously, you needed to enter the project number in the invoice heading before booking it in Rackbeat. This would automatically connect the invoice to the project in e-conomic.

    New Workflow:

    With the update, you now need to manually select the project in the "Projects" box on the invoice in Rackbeat.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the invoice you are booking.
    2. Locate the "Projects" box.
    3. Select the specific project you want to connect the invoice to.

    The integration will automatically synchronize the created project from e-conomic to Rackbeat every hour.

    If the project has not been synchronized automatically, you can manually create the project in Rackbeat. Ensure you assign the same number to it as it has in e-conomic by following these steps:

    1. Go to your company settings.
    2. Select "Projects".
    3. Create the project with the same number.

    While the integration is back up and running, we would like to inform you that there might be a queue affecting the synchronization of tasks between Rackbeat and e-conomic. This is due to the system processing the backlog of data accumulated during the downtime.

     

    What to Expect:

    You may experience a temporary delay in the synchronization of tasks between Rackbeat and e-conomic as the system clears the queue.

    We anticipate that these delays will resolve as the queue diminishes and operations normalize.
