    We are pleased to inform you that the integration service with e-conomic is now operational. We are happy to announce that connectivity has been restored.

     

    Current Update:

    Service Restored: e-conomic Integration

    Restoration Date and Time: 13th of March 2024, 14:00

    While the integration is back up and running, we would like to inform you that there might be a queue affecting the synchronization of tasks between Rackbeat and e-conomic. This is due to the system processing the backlog of data accumulated during the downtime.

     

    What to Expect:

    You may experience a temporary delay in the synchronization of tasks between Rackbeat and e-conomic as the system clears the queue.

    We anticipate that these delays will resolve as the queue diminishes and operations normalize.

Currently, the integration is experiencing downtime due to unforeseen circumstances.     For eksempel: Ønsker du at inkludere dine ordrebetingelser i de mails, der sendes til kunderne ved hver ordre?

    Intet problem! Med denne nye funktion kan du vedhæfte en "Ordrebetingelser"-PDF, så den automatisk følger med i e-mails til kunderne.

  8. Shopify Integrationen | Ordrer synkroniseres ikke til Rackbeat.

    Relevant for brugere af Shopify integrationen!

    Shopify har opdateret deres API, hvilket betyder at de skal gennemgå de integrationer som er sat op til dem. De integrationer, som mangler at blive gennemgået, er derfor blevet frosset - og Rackbeat/Shopify integrationen er én af dem.

    Dette påvirker desværre alle de brugere, som aktivt benytter sig af vores integration mellem Rackbeat og Shopify.

     

    Lige nu oplever vi, at ordrer ikke synkroniseres til Rackbeat med begrundelsen, at en dertilhørende adresse ikke er blevet fundet.

    Dette er uanset om adressen er der.

     

    Vores udviklere er i fuld gang med at finde finde ud af, hvad vi kan gøre, og vi er i dialog med Shopify for enten at fremskynde deres gennemgang eller finde en løsning.

  9. Updates to the Rackbeat → Shipmondo integration 🎉

    We are pleased to announce that we have implemented some minor but valuable enhancements to our Shipmondo integration 🚚

     

    1) Mapping Delivery Terms to Shipping Templates:

    You can now link your Rackbeat delivery terms with a shipping template in Shipmondo. This means you can set up rules for transferring, for instance, your terms for Business Delivery, ensuring it gets matched with the appropriate template in Shipmondo. Furthermore, you have the freedom to select which delivery terms you want transferred to Shipmondo.

    2) Configuration for Shipping Products, Payment Fees, Gift Cards, and Discounts:

    Shipmondo has dedicated fields for services such as shipping, payment fees, gift cards, and discounts. Previously, these were transferred from Rackbeat to Shipmondo as standard items. Now, you have the ability to specify in your settings which products you use for these services, ensuring they are correctly represented in Shipmondo.

    Both features are available to all customers using our Shipmondo integration and can be located under Apps → Shipmondo → Settings.
