    Med den nyeste opdatering kan du nemlig både filtrere og sortere i din vare- og ordreoversigt:

     

    ✅​Filtrering – Se præcis de data, du har brug for.

    ✅​Sortering – Gruppér dine data, som du vil, fx fra højeste til laveste værdi eller i alfabetisk rækkefølge ved at trykke på kolonnerne.

     

    Lige nu er opdateringen tilgængelig på varer og ordrer – og snart bliver det også muligt at bruge filtrering og sortering i dit kundeoverblik og fakturaer. Resten af funktionerne ruller vi ud inden længe!

     

    Det betyder endnu hurtigere adgang til de vigtigste oplysninger – uanset om du står på lageret, hos en kunde eller er på farten.

     

    News! Filtering & Sorting Now Available in the Rackbeat Mobile App

     

    It’s now easier to get an overview of your items and orders in the Rackbeat mobile app.

    With the latest update, you can now both filter and sort your item and order overview:

     

    ✅ Filtering – View exactly the data you need.

    ✅ Sorting – Group your data the way you want, e.g., from highest to lowest value or in alphabetical order by tapping the columns.

     

    Right now, the update is available for products and orders – and soon, you’ll also be able to use filtering and sorting in your customer overview and invoices. The rest of the features will be rolled out shortly!

     

    This means even faster access to the most important information – whether you're in the warehouse, with a customer or on the go.

  3. Mere synlig advarsel ved overskridelse af maks-kredit

    Improvement

    For at gøre det endnu nemmere at holde styr på dine kunders kreditgrænser, har vi forbedret advarslen om overskridelse af maks-kredit.

    Tidligere blev advarslen kun vist på fakturaen, men nu bliver den synligt markeret med en gul bjælke på alle relevante steder i dit salgsoverblik – både på:

     

    ✅​Tilbud

    ✅​Ordrer

    ✅​Fakturaer.

     

    Det betyder, at du nu får beskeden, før du sender tilbud eller registrerer en ordre, og altså ikke kun inden fakturaen oprettes.

     

    Denne opdatering gør det lettere at sikre, at dine kunder ikke overstiger deres aftalte kredit – allerede før salget gennemføres.

     

    📌 Vigtigt at vide:

    Advarslen vises, når et enkelt salg overstiger den fastsatte kreditgrænse. Det betyder, at hvis en kunde har en maks-kredit på 1.000 kr., vil du få en advarsel ved et enkelt salg på 2.000 kr. – men ikke hvis kunden fx laver tre køb af 400 kr., selvom det samlet overstiger grænsen.

    More Visible Warning for Exceeding Credit Limit

     

    To make it even easier to monitor your customers' credit limits, we have improved the warning for exceeding the maximum credit.

     

    Previously, the warning was only displayed on the invoice, but now it is clearly marked with a yellow banner across all relevant sales overview sections, including:

     

    ✅​ Quotes

    ✅​ Orders

    ✅​ Invoices

     

    This means you will now receive the notification before sending a quote or registering an order – and not just when the invoice is created.

     

    This update makes it easier to ensure that your customers do not exceed their agreed credit limit before the sale is completed.

     

    📌 Important to know:

    The warning appears when a single sale exceeds the set credit limit. For example, if a customer has a credit limit of 1,000 DKK, you will receive a warning for a single sale of 2,000 DKK – but not if the customer makes three separate purchases of 400 DKK each, even if the total exceeds the limit.

  4. Adjust delivery times – Even after booking 😎

    Nu kan du redigere leveringsdatoen for en ordre og sende en opdateret bekræftelse til kunden, efter at ordren er bekræftet og sendt til kunden. Denne funktion er ideel, hvis der opstår ændringer i leveringsplanen – for eksempel forsinkelser.

     

    Når en medarbejder ændrer leveringsdatoen, registreres det automatisk som en note i systemet. Noten dokumenterer, hvem der har foretaget ændringen, samt hvad leveringsdatoen blev ændret fra og til.

     

    Sådan fungerer det:

    1. Opret en ordre og tilføj varer.

    2. Vælg leveringsdato og bekræft ordren.

    3. Hvis leveringsdatoen skal ændres, kan du nu klikke på et redigeringsikon ved ordren og vælge en ny leveringsdato.

    3. Send den opdaterede ordrebekræftelse til kunden.

    4. Alle ændringer logges under “Noter” for gennemsigtighed og intern kontrol.

     

    Denne opdatering gør det lettere for dig at håndtere uforudsete ændringer i leveringsprocessen – uden at det skaber forvirring for kunden.

    You can now edit the delivery date for an order and send an updated confirmation to the customer, even after the order has been confirmed and sent. This feature is perfect for handling changes to the delivery schedule – for example, delays.

     

    When a staff member updates the delivery date, the system automatically logs it as a note. The note documents who made the change, as well as the original and updated delivery dates.

     

    Here’s how it works:

    1. Create an order and add items.

    2. Select a delivery date and confirm the order.

    3. If the delivery date needs to be changed, click the edit icon on the order and select a new delivery date.

    4. Send the updated order confirmation to the customer.

    5. All changes are logged under “Notes” for transparency and internal tracking.

     

    This update makes it easier for you to handle unexpected changes in the delivery process - without creating confusion for your customer.

    Vi har forbedret lokationsvalget i Rackbeat, så det nu er både smartere og mere overskueligt. Dette gælder, når du skal vælge en lokation for varer i situationer som ordrer, bestillinger og forsendelser.

     

    Når du klikker på lokationsfeltet for en vare, får du et nyt og mere avanceret lokationsvalg med flere muligheder:

     

    Begræns visningen til relevante lokationer: Du kan nu vælge kun at se lokationer, hvor der er varer på lager eller til rådighed.

    - På forsendelser vises kun varer, der aktuelt er på lager.

    - På ordrer, fakturaer og tilbud vises varer, der er til rådighed (dvs. varer, som ikke allerede er reserveret).

     

    ✅ Tydelig struktur: Lokationer er opdelt i hovedlokationer og underlokationer (f.eks. reoler og hylder), så du nemt kan finde præcis, hvor varen befinder sig.

    We have improved location selection in Rackbeat, making it smarter and more user-friendly. This applies when selecting a location for items in scenarios such as orders, purchase orders, and shipments.

     

    When you click on the location field for an item, you’ll now see a new and more advanced location selector with additional features:

     

    ✅ Filter view to relevant locations: You can now choose to display only locations where items are in stock or available.

    - For shipments, only locations with items currently in stock will be displayed.

    - For orders, invoices, and quotes, only items that are available (i.e., not already reserved) will be shown.

     

    ✅ Clear structure: Locations are divided into main locations and sub-locations (e.g., racks and shelves), making it easy to pinpoint exactly where the item is stored.

Med den nyeste opdatering kan du nemlig lave lokationsspecifikke antalsjusteringer direkte fra det enkelte produkt. Når du trykker på en vare og går til “Lokationer” kan du altså ændre vareantallet på en specifik lokation uden at skulle navigere til andre steder i systemet.

     

    Det betyder, at du får:

    We’ve made it even more user-friendly to manage stock adjustments at the location level in Rackbeat. With the latest update, you can now make location-specific quantity adjustments directly from the individual product. When you select an item and go to “Locations,” you can adjust the quantity for a specific location without having to navigate elsewhere in the system.

    ✅ The ability to directly and accurately adjust the quantity of items at a specific location.

    Du har hele tiden i de forskellige overblik (styklister, bestillinger, tilbud, ordrer, salgsfakturaer, leverandørfakturaer m.v.) kunne anvende de tre prikker til at foretage en række handlinger. Disse muligheder er nu også blevet tilgængelige under de konkrete områder på platformen.

    For eksempel kan du nu oprette en kreditnota direkte på en kundefaktura, når du sidder inde på den. Det betyder altså, at du under ‘handlinger’ nu vil kunne foretage de samme handlinger, som du kan via de tre prikker i dit overblik.

    In the various overviews (bill of materials, purchase orders, quotes, orders, sales invoices, supplier invoices, etc.), you have always been able to use the three dots to perform a range of actions. These options are now also available within specific areas of the platform.

    For example, you can now create a credit note directly on a customer invoice while viewing it. This means that under 'actions,' you will now be able to perform the same actions as you can via the three dots in your overview.

  8. New feature: Country specific VAT! 🥳

    It is now possible to apply country-specific VAT in Rackbeat. This means you can specify specific VAT rates for each individual EU country at the product group level and transfer new EU VAT zones to your customers. In fact, you can import the new VAT zones directly to customer profiles to save time.

     

    If you sell to both B2C and B2B, we recommend contacting a third-party integrator, as Rackbeat cannot handle the separation of the two.

     

    We only recommend using country-specific VAT if you are covered by the One Stop Shop EU scheme or are VAT-registered in other EU countries. If you are unsure whether this is relevant to you, please consult your accountant or contact our support at support@rackbeat.com.

     

    If you use ERP systems other than e-conomic or webshops other than Shopify and WooCommerce, please contact our support to clarify your options.

    Handling errors during data imports is now much less frustrating, thanks to our latest update. Here’s what you can expect:

     

    ✅ Only faulty rows are rejected: From now on, Rackbeat will import all correct rows from your file while excluding only those with errors. The rest of your data will safely make its way into the system.

     

    ✅ Detailed error report: If errors occur, you’ll receive an Excel report clearly indicating which rows failed and why. This gives you a clear overview, making it easy to fix the issues and quickly re-import the remaining rows.

     

    Previously, a single error in one row would prevent the entire import – but that’s now a thing of the past! 🚀

     

    This update saves you time and makes your data imports even more efficient.
